Requirements and what to expect:


·     Child must be under 18 years old

·     Family must live in Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties

·     Family must be American citizens or at least here in America legally with papers

·     Child comes from a working class family not indigent. There are other programs that help the indigent

·     Children's Health Foundation helps families that fall through the cracks and can't get help from other 
      programs

·     Family has to fill out an application

·     We give the families an answer within days

·     Any money that we decide to give out goes directly to the Medical Provider not the family

·     Medical Providers give us a discount because we pay the bill ASAP and the Medical Provider doesn't have    
      to wait and see if they get paid

·     We ask for a picture of the entire family and another picture of the child we are helping

·     Families never have to pay us back any money
